Refunds & Cancellationa Policy

Effective Date: September 2025

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for the Jas Gill Aligner Mentorship Program (£199/month). By enrolling, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payments

All mentorship fees (£199/month) are payable in advance for each calendar month.

Access to services (Zoom sessions, WhatsApp support, resources) is only provided once payment has been received.

2. Cancellations by the Mentee

You may cancel your participation at any time by notifying Jas Gill before your next monthly payment is due.

No refunds will be given for a month once services for that month have already begun.

3. Rescheduling Sessions

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

4. Cancellations by Jas Gill

If Jas Gill is unable to deliver a scheduled session (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), reasonable notice will be given and the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

If services cannot be delivered for an extended period, you will not be charged for the affected month or a pro-rata refund will be offered.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for services already delivered.

Refunds may only be issued at Jas Gill’s discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate payment).
