

Effective Date: 1 January 2025
1. Interpretation
“Mentor” means Dr Jas Gill or any appointed associate delivering mentorship services.
“Mentee” means the individual or business enrolling in the Jas Gill Aligner Mentorship Program.
“Services” means mentorship provided via live Zoom sessions, WhatsApp support, digital modules, and related resources.
“Fees” means the monthly fee payable for the Services (£199/month).
2. Services Provided
Jas Gill will deliver mentorship designed to support mentees in clear aligner treatment, practice growth, and professional development.
Services may include:
• 1:1 mentorship sessions via Zoom
• Group sessions or masterclasses (where offered)
• Access to online recorded content and resources
• Ongoing WhatsApp support during the active month of enrolment
• Feedback on clinical cases, treatment planning, and business queries
The Services do not include legal, tax, or regulated financial advice. All clinical decisions remain the professional responsibility of the mentee.
3. Payment & Fees
The mentorship program is charged at £199 per calendar month.
Payment is due in advance of each month to secure access to that month’s Services.
Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of access to sessions, WhatsApp support, and resources until payment is received.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Mentees may cancel future participation at any time by notifying Jas Gill before the next monthly payment is due.
No refunds will be issued for a month already paid once Services for that month have begun.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at Jas Gill’s discretion.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all discussions, case details, and personal information shared.
Clinical case details may be discussed for learning purposes but will be anonymised to maintain patient confidentiality.
6. Responsibilities of the Mentee
Mentees are expected to attend sessions, participate actively, and apply learnings in their professional practice.
Jas Gill cannot guarantee specific business or clinical outcomes; results depend on the mentee’s own effort and application.
Mentees must maintain appropriate professional standards and indemnity cover for their clinical work.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials (slides, recordings, frameworks, templates, etc.) remain the property of Jas Gill.
Mentees may use these resources for their own personal/professional development only and must not share, copy, or resell them without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Jas Gill will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Any liability is limited to the amount of Fees paid by the Mentee for the month in which the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Termination
Jas Gill may terminate Services if the mentee breaches these Terms, acts unprofessionally, or misuses program content.
No refunds will be issued for months already paid, but no further payments will be due once Services are terminated.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Jas Gill processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
